In our Competence Center, we have consolidated all the knowledge related to the technical and functional management of TOPdesk environments. The Competence Center provides you with an easy way to leverage this expertise.

How does it work?

The Competence Center integrates your TOPdesk environment with ours at Joost-IT. Incidents and requests can be easily forwarded or updated within the Competence Center. You always have visibility into the status of your requests, and communication with our specialists is straightforward.

How can I keep track of my expenses?

We establish agreements regarding the allocated hours. If we estimate that a particular task will require more hours than the agreed threshold, we will provide a separate proposal for your consideration. You have full control over approving the estimated hours, allowing you to manage your expenses effectively.

The benefits:

  • Continuous availability of TOPdesk expertise
  • Flexible allocation of desired capacity
  • Hourly usage based on post-calculation or bundled services
  • Clear reporting on the hours expended
